It’s 2011, almost 2012, the fact that racism and discrimination still exist to this day is beyond sad. And honestly, it makes me sick. There’s this illusion that we’ve progressed but the truth is, considering all the time that has gone by, we haven’t progressed at all.
I don’t understand how someone can treat another human being differently solely based on the color of the persons’ skin.
That’s one thing that will never make sense to me.
